Investment, Trade and International Services Joint Stock Company (ILS) was established in April 1980, initially as a State-owned enterprise under the People’s Committee of Hanoi.
In 2016, the Company changed to a joint stock company model under Decision No. 6955/QD-UBND of the Hanoi People’s Committee.
